A summer of pictures

Okay, here's the first of many posts over the next week about my summer. It started off with me flying to Cali to stay at my sister's AWESOME new (to them) house. We were able to have a pre-birthday present opening (they were turning 3 shortly after I left for EFY). I got them the series of books called Walter the Farting Dog and a book called the Tushy Book. Hey, they call me Caca, what do you expect? Here's Nattie with the Farting Dog book:

And Tessa with the Tushy Book:

I think Tessa's face is a perfect description of how much they like presents:

I watched my adorable nieces while Jocelyn and Jeremy took a vacation to San Francisco. They were going to sneak out of the house early before the girls woke up to ease the transition. However, Tessa ruined that plan by waking up at 4 a.m. In order to make her not sad about J-squared leaving, I promised the best thing in the world. A trip to Costco. What makes this trip the best? Churros and Lem-a-lade. As you can see, they're no longer sad.
